Shipping & Policies
Every order we ship is printed, packed and dispatched by hobbyists who care about the models they send out. Because we print to order, delivery times include both production and shipping — we always aim to be clear and realistic about what to expect.
Production & Dispatch
All of our products are printed to order in-house here in the UK. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and ensure every model meets our standards before it leaves the workshop.
Miniatures and bases typically have a production time of 3–5 working days
Custom, bulk, or specialist orders will have production times clearly stated at the time of quotation
We do not currently offer rush or expedited production
Once production is complete, orders are carefully packed and dispatched via Royal Mail.
Delivery Methods & Times
United Kingdom
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Orders are dispatched daily
Tracking is provided for every shipment
Delivery times begin after production is complete
International Orders
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked international services.
Tracking is included where available
Delivery times vary by destination
International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping, calculated and displayed at checkout
There are no hidden handling fees
Bulk or commercial orders may have bespoke shipping costs, which will be clearly stated in your quote before payment
Packaging & Care
We take pride in how we pack our orders.
All items are packed in sturdy boxes
Models are protected with bubble wrap to reduce movement and damage
Every order is packed by hobbyists who understand how delicate miniatures can be
Our goal is for your models to arrive exactly as intended and ready for the table.

All orders are sent tracked.
If you provide an email address and contact number at checkout, Royal Mail may send:
Dispatch notifications
Tracking updates
Delivery confirmations
Tracking details are also provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes
These charges are set by the destination country and are outside of our control
Delays caused by customs clearance may occur
We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering if you are unsure.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or missing items will be replaced
We may request clear photos of the issue
In some cases, items may need to be returned to us before a replacement is sent
Please report any issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition
Custom or made-to-order items may be subject to additional restrictions (where applicable)
Return instructions will be provided once you contact us
Seasonal Delays
During busy periods such as holidays, sales, or major releases, production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We always aim to communicate delays clearly if they arise.
