What We Offer (and What We Don’t)
We do offer:
Printing customer‑supplied STL files.
High‑quality resin printing for miniatures.
FDM printing for larger terrain or scenery pieces.
Careful cleaning and curing of resin prints.
Secure packaging and fast dispatch.
We don’t offer:
3D design or sculpting services.
Editing, kitbashing, or modifying STL files.
Assembly or painting.
Printing without a supplied STL file.
This helps us keep turnaround times fast and quality consistently high.
Our Simple Custom Order Process
1. Upload Your STL
Use our custom order form to upload your STL file and include any important details such as scale, quantity, or intended game system.
2. We Review & Quote
Once we receive your file, we’ll check it for printability and confirm:
Print method (resin or FDM)
Size and material requirements
Estimated cost
You’ll receive a clear quote before any work begins.
3. Approve & Pay
If you’re happy with the quote, payment is required in full before printing starts. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Quality & Materials
Miniatures: Printed in high‑quality resin at the same standard we use for our store products
Terrain & large pieces: Printed using FDM for strength and durability
All custom orders are supplied unassembled and unpainted, ready for you to finish your way.
Pricing & Payment
Every custom order is individually quoted once we’ve reviewed the STL
Pricing is based on print time, material usage, and complexity
Payment is required before printing begins
Custom orders are non‑refundable once production has started

Legal & Content Guidelines
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to print the supplied STL file, including any licensing or intellectual property considerations.
That said, we reserve the right to refuse any request that we believe may breach legal, licensing, or ethical standards.
We will not print:
NSFW or explicit content
Real‑world hate symbols or offensive material
Requests without a supplied STL file
